Our team at your service

I founded EyeTeK in 2000 in a rapidly evolving digital world, honing my skills as a software developer and external consultant for major companies such as Telecom PTT (now Swisscom), Swissair, and CFF Cargo. My desire for closer, more human contact with my clients led me to develop software for more specialized markets. This is how the first version of ForenSys® was born, designed to fill a gap in an already saturated sector where existing solutions were either too expensive or destined to disappear due to obsolescence. With the extremely rapid evolution of technologies, I made way for younger generations full of passion and innovative ideas to continue the ForenSys® adventure. Today, I continue to provide all necessary support to our loyal clientele by overseeing our back-office.
As a versatile HES-SO computer engineer, I first worked as an SAP consultant, where I developed the world’s first on-demand SAP cloud solution. I then founded my own consulting firm, working on diverse projects: pharmaceutical industry, energy management, video surveillance, and cloud management software for cantonal services. In 2015, the great ForenSys® Online adventure began, during which I led the complete redesign of ForenSys® to make it the flagship product it is today. Far from the cliché of the isolated IT specialist in his garage, I value close proximity to our clients and constructive dialogue, which are essential for designing truly adapted and ergonomic solutions.

With a background in computer engineering, I spent over 17 years refining my skills between Fribourg, Bern, and Zurich, gaining rich professional and human experience. I started in product management in 2012 for the startup Morphean. Seven years later, I joined the SMG Swiss Marketplace Group at ImmoScout24, then AutoScout24, where I led several multidisciplinary product teams. Discovery, Delivery, Data-Driven Decision, Customer Centric… these are concepts I hold dear and now apply in my daily work. My expertise in modern product management methods allows me today to create a strong and continuous link between our clients, their needs, our technological partners, and our internal teams, in order to continuously innovate and evolve ForenSys®.

After joining EyeTeK in 2024, I was inspired by the vision of an ambitious small team, ready to prepare the future of the product I work on, ForenSys. With an HES-SO engineering background, I gained diverse experience as a consultant, ensuring client success, and then worked for an international company as a project manager and senior engineer. Today, as a Senior Architect at EyeTeK, I am dedicated to bringing large-scale software development practices to our small team, to foster its growth and evolution. My experience in software development, agile management, and attentive listening to client needs are all assets that contribute to improving our product.

Since March 1, 2025, I have joined EyeTeK as Customer Success Manager, with the desire to contribute to its development and success. My multicultural background has allowed me to master several languages: Vietnamese, my native language, as well as Swiss German, French, and English. As a professional in customer management and loyalty for over 20 years, I have developed an approach centered on listening, understanding needs, and building trusting relationships. My goal at EyeTeK is to bring this expertise to support our clients and the company’s growth.

During my Master’s studies, I participated in several projects as a scientific collaborator at the iCoSys institute, one of which was in collaboration with EyeTeK. These projects were primarily focused on Machine Learning, and more specifically on NLP. After obtaining my HES Master’s in Computer Science, I joined the EyeTeK team in April 2025 as an AI Software Engineer, to strengthen explorations related to artificial intelligence within ForenSys.
